Prior to this, she completed her Ordinary Level Secondary Education at Neluka Secondary School, Dar es Salaam from 2015 to 2018. She started her education in Ukombozi Primary School, Dar es Salaam from 2008 to 2014.

Luvicha has work experience serving in customer service and technician roles. From July to October 2023, she worked for MTUWASA, where her duties included solving customer problems, issuing store items to the fieldwork, repairing water pipes, and taking care of customers. Before that she worked for DAWASA from March to June 2022 in a similar position, adding to her responsibilities was taking record of the equipments in the store.

Luvicha possesses good communication skills in both Swahili and English, computer and managerial skills. Her linguistic capabilities are strong, having full proficiency in English and Kiswahili languages in reading, speaking and writing.
