Their expertise lies in building customer-focused teams and providing top-notch customer service. They have successfully executed pre-opening and opening strategies for new establishments, managed operations and strategic planning in several facilities, and trained, coached, and developed workforces of up to 200 employees. In addition, they’re skilled in profit and loss analyses, budget management, maintaining service standards, and developing profitable menu concepts. They are well-versed in using MS Office, Idilor, Amadeus, Micros. The candidate also worked as a consultant in Tanzania and Nigeria, and holds a high diploma in hospitality from Paris’ IREST.
