Esther is a transformational hospitality leader with extensive experience in the industry, demonstrating strong leadership, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset. She holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Business Administration from ESEUNE Business School and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering and Industrial Engineering. Esther has a proven track record in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional guest service, having worked in various roles from Executive Director to Sales Manager across several countries, including Tanzania, Cuba, and the UAE.

Her education includes an International Tourism and Hotel Management degree from the University of California Irvine and a specialized program on Innovation as a Driver for Organizational Change from Stanford University. Esther has also held key positions in business development, where she defined and executed international strategic plans for different organizations. She is adaptable and empathetic, thriving in diverse environments while effectively solving problems and making decisions.
