Ham is an experienced hotel manager with over ten years in the hospitality industry, specializing in staff management and hotel operations. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Nairobi. His skill set includes strategic planning, budgeting, inventory control, and employee training, which has contributed to his success in enhancing guest experiences and driving revenue at various establishments. Currently serving as the General Manager at The Copper Ivy restaurant, Ham has implemented key initiatives such as annual budgeting and inventory systems, significantly improving operational efficiency. His previous roles include Food and Beverage Manager positions at Kisiwa on the Beach and Radisson Blu, where he focused on cost control and guest satisfaction. His passion for the food service industry is complemented by hobbies such as photography and travel.
