Ahmed Fawzy Elkholy, born in 1977 in Egypt, is a professional with 9 years of management experience. He is proficient in Arabic and English. He has attended multiple trainings, including complaint handling, basic firefighting, first aid, CRM, and performance management, mainly offered by Hilton and Premier Inn. His skills include organization and conference management, exceptional communication skills, successful team and independent work, following instructions, and expertise in a variety of computer software. He holds an Industrial Diploma from Berket Alsbaa Institution. His work experience spans from 2000 to present day, primarily in the role of Executive Housekeeper at various hotels, including Hilton, Premier Inn, Radisson Sas, Old Palace Resort, and Movenpick Soma Bay Resort.
