Currently, he serves as the Unit Head of Housekeeping at Minor Hotels in Maldives, where he leads a team of 36, focusing on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and quality assurance. His previous roles include Housekeeping Executive at Crowne Plaza and Housekeeping Supervisor at Holiday Inn, where he demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Akash holds a Bachelor’s degree in hotel management and has undergone various trainings, including financial budgeting and housekeeping management.
