He currently serves as a Cluster Manager at Golden Tulip Hotels and Resorts in Zanzibar, Tanzania, where he oversees housekeeping, laundry, and horticulture operations across multiple properties. Sarath’s expertise includes budgeting, cost control, SOP implementation, man management, and training. He has extensive experience with property management software such as OPERA, IDS, HOT SOFT, and WINHMS.

Sarath holds a Bachelor of Tourism and Hotel Management from Madurai Kamaraj University, India, and has worked in various managerial roles in India, Bahrain, and Dubai at reputed hospitality brands including Tamara Leisure Experience, Sarovar Group of Hotels, and Le Meridien. He is multilingual, fluent in English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil.
