He has over 12 years of experience and has successfully managed a diverse range of housekeeping tasks at various hotels and resorts. His expertise includes daily housekeeping operations, hygiene management, guest service management, training & development, and team management. He is adept at handling complaints and queries professionally and effectively.

Najimuddin ‘s professional journey includes significant tenures at Aitutaki Village Resort, Cook Islands as a Housekeeping Head of Operation; Rarotongan Beach Resort and Spa, Cook Islands as Housekeeping Senior Team Leader; and La Digue Island Lodge Resort and Spa, Seychelles as Housekeeping Senior Supervisor, among others. He holds a Diploma in Hospitality and a B.Sc in Hotel Management. He also has a COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Awareness Certificate from eHotelier Academy. He is proficient in Bengali, English, Hindi, and Urdu.
