About me

Abhishek Pathak is an accomplished Housekeeping Manager with extensive experience in the hospitality industry across several countries. He has been managing Housekeeping operations for premium hotels including Rotana, Hilton and Oberoi, and has a track record of delivering high standards of job performance, guest satisfaction, and adherence to hotel policies. Currently, he is working with the National Academy of Customs Indirect Taxes & Narcotics in India. He is responsible for overall cleanliness, budget planning, staff training and troubleshooting guest complaints. His competencies include effective communication, being hardworking, focusing on guest needs, and adapting to diverse work situations. Abhishek holds a B.Sc. in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from the Heritage Institute of Hotel & Tourism. He also holds various trainings and awards, including an ‘Employee of the Month Award’ from Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa.
