Srinivas has over a decade of experience in the housekeeping industry, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Salalah Rotana Resort in Oman since 2021. Previously, Gorle worked in various roles from Housekeeping Supervisor to Room Attendant in different hotels such as Fifa by Accor in Qatar, Sundus Rotana in Oman, and The Leela Palace in India. He has a diploma in Hotel Management and possesses skills in Bayan, Opera, QMS, Sky Jana, FBM management, and MS Office. His key areas of expertise include managing administrative operations, customer service, guest relations, staff management, and staff development planning. His achievements include several ‘Best Employee’ awards and a service award from Rotana Hotels Middle East.
