About me

Sarvendra from Uttar Pradesh, India, has over six years of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically housekeeping. Most recently he served as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper at Club Mahindra in Rajasthan. Past roles include Housekeeping Assistant Manager at Radisson Blue in Kochi and various housekeeping positions at other hotels in Bangalore and Jodhpur. He has a B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from IHM Goa and is skilled in managing hospitality, training & development, guest relationship management, and performance management. Fluent in English and Hindi, he’s competent in working with multi-linguistic individuals and handling staff and security duties. His technical skills include proficiency in MS Office, Internet basics, material controls, OPERA, IDS, WINHMS, and SAP.
