About me

Rakesh is a professional in the hospitality industry, with a focus on housekeeping. He is based in India and has over 15 years of experience, including stints in Dubai and Qatar. He holds a 10+2 degree in hotel management from S.D.S.J.V.T.C Solan. Currently, Rakesh works as a Housekeeping Manager at Regenta Resort & Spa MARS where he oversees the housekeeping budget, staff hiring and training, cleanliness of rooms and public areas. Additionally, he ensures the operation of cleaning equipment and restocking of supplies. In previous roles, he was responsible for staff management, responding to customer complaints, and maintaining high-level customer satisfaction. Rakesh is a proficient English and Hindi speaker and possesses digital skills, including the use of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, Google Drive, and Outlook.
