About me

Anup Rana is a senior manager in housekeeping, currently working at The Camellias in Gurgaon, India. He has over 20 years of experience in 5-star hotels, 12 of which were in overseas locations. His key competencies include strong management, ability to handle work pressure, and in-depth knowledge of cleaning and housekeeping materials. Anup has experience implementing effective cleaning and maintenance systems in hotels, improving guest satisfaction, and minimizing waste. He has worked with multiple 5-star properties including Fort Rajwada, The Westin Mumbai, and Banyan Tree Resort. He holds a postgraduate diploma in Tourism Management and a Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management. He has received various recognitions, such as the “Manager of the Quarter” at Banyan Tree Seychelles and “Employee of the month” at JW Marriott Hotel, Mumbai. He is also a certified ‘Train the Trainer’ and ‘Fire Fighter’.
