About me

Hellen is a dedicated professional with strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, organization, time management abilities, and leadership skills. She has customer service experience and strives to provide quality standards. Her educational background includes various certificates in Upselling, Customer Service, Hospitality Service Skills, Fire Marshal, First Aid, Housekeeping, and Computer Applications from institutions like Robert Fouler & Associates Ltd, Crown Plaza Nairobi, Trojan Fire Ltd, and others. She’s held several housekeeping roles since 2006, most recently serving as a Housekeeping Supervisor at The Concord Hotels, Beach Villas, and Lodges. Previously, she also worked at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Rainbow Ruiru Resort, Ole Sereni Hotel, and Jacaranda Hotels. She began her hospitality career as a receptionist at Magereza Sacco Society Ltd in 1999.
