Faraja Moses Sanga is a Tanzanian female HR professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Tanzania Institute of Accountancy. With extensive experience in human resources, she has held positions such as Human Resource Manager at Karafuu Hotel and Assistant HR at Amani Group, where she managed recruitment, employee records, training, and disciplinary actions. Faraja is skilled in HR policies, compensation, and benefits, along with operational management and hospitality training.

Her additional qualifications include training in HACCP and social entrepreneurship, along with proficiency in various computer applications. Faraja is fluent in English and Swahili and possesses excellent communication skills. She is a self-driven team player with a strong work ethic, adaptable to various work environments.
