About me

Othman Rajab Hussein is a Tanzanian HR professional who has extensive experience in the hospitality, transportation, and manufacturing sectors. Currently, he is the Human Resources Manager at SBH Kilindini Hotel and Resort in Zanzibar. Here he coordinates HR plans, manages recruitment, orientation, and training of new employees, prepares contracts, and liaises with government officials on labour issues, among other duties. Previously, Hussein worked as an HR officer at Said Salim Bakhresa and Co. LTD for over 12 years where he managed over 400 employees. He also worked part-time as a voice artist at Azam Media Limited. Hussein holds certificates in computer maintenance and Microsoft Office from TECH 2000 and has attended several professional training programs. He speaks Swahili and English fluently and has basic knowledge of Arabic.
