About me

Mariam is an enthusiastic IT graduate with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Medical Sciences and Technology, graduating in 2023. She holds a CCNA certification and is currently preparing for the CCNP certification. With hands-on experience as an IT Help Desk Intern at Save the Children International, Mariam provided technical support, managed user accounts, and assisted in system deployment. She also worked as a Teacher Assistant in Networking, where she supported instructors, guided students in labs, and evaluated assignments. Mariam possesses strong technical skills in networking, Cisco technologies, and security, alongside proficiency in tools like Cisco Packet Tracer and Wireshark. Her soft skills include effective communication, problem-solving, and time management. Fluent in English and a native Arabic speaker, she aims to advance her career as a Level 1 Network Engineer, contributing to network operations and security in a team environment.
