About me

Fathy Ahmed Mohammed is a highly motivated and result-driven Technical Manager with extensive experience in IT and maintenance management. He has a solid educational background with a degree from Ain Shams University and specialized training in laptop and PC maintenance. Throughout his career, Fathy has held various positions where he has demonstrated his ability to oversee technology infrastructure, implement preventive maintenance programs, and enhance operational efficiency. His skills include computer hardware maintenance, technical support, and team leadership, complemented by fluency in Arabic and English.

Fathy’s work experience spans several roles, including software and maintenance management at Zero PC, technical support at BDO Esnad, and customer service area management at Royal Lab. He has also served as a deputy manager and team leader in security programming before taking on his most recent position as Technical Manager and stock keeper at Cleaneco. His commitment to continuous improvement and exceptional service delivery has been recognized with awards, including the Best Employed award in 2016.
