Iddi is a Tanzanian IT professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hardware and Networking from the Institute of Unique Academy in Dar es Salaam. He has extensive experience as a NOC Engineer and Senior IT Support at iSON XPERIENCES, where he managed network configurations, troubleshooting, and ensured security practices. His previous roles include IT support at TTCL and COLANETS Enterprise, focusing on network maintenance, server installations, and computer hardware management.

 

He possesses certifications in Cisco, Linux, AWS Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity, along with strong computer skills in office applications, programming, and database management. Iddi is known for his customer care abilities, teamwork, and willingness to learn, making him a valuable asset in fast-paced IT environments.
