Omar Kombo Kijangwa is a hospitality and hotel operations specialist with a long history of progressive experience in hotel operations. He has worked in numerous roles including as a camp manager, lodge manager, operations manager and administrative roles in Tanzania. Omar demonstrates expertise in a wide range of operational areas which includes customer experience management, business management, quality assurance, budget management and staff management. He has proven abilities in fostering team collaboration and advocating for excellent service delivery. His career highlight includes leading full-cycle operations management at Africa Embassy Limited and managing large-scale projects at Serengeti Safari Lodge Limited. Omar holds Diplomas in Accountancy and Full Hotel Operations as well as a Certificate in Professional Tour Guide. He has also completed key professional certifications in first aid and health safety.
