Luth is a Program Support Expert with 9 years of experience in development and humanitarian programs, specializing in gender-based initiatives for vulnerable populations. He has a strong track record in community mobilization, donor engagement, and program monitoring, currently serving as the Programme Quality and Assurance Manager for ActionAid Tanzania. Luth has successfully led multimillion-dollar projects, securing significant grants and improving operational efficiency through strategic planning and execution. His educational background includes a Master’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, along with a Bachelor’s in Management of Social Development. He possesses a range of skills in project management, data analysis, and stakeholder communication, and has participated in various training and workshops, enhancing his capabilities in program delivery and advocacy for youth and women’s rights.
