Lilian is a goal-oriented individual, fluent in English and Swahili, with excellent communication skills and a strong ambition. Her career objective focuses on contributing to the growth and security of an organisation that encourages professional growth. Her experiences span multiple roles in hospitality, notably as Front Office Manager at Le Mersenne Zanzibar Autograph Collection since July 2023, where she ensures guest satisfaction and compliance with Marriot standards. Prior to this, Lilian worked at Karafuu Beach Resort and Spa from March 2020 to June 2023, where her roles included Assistant Front Office Manager, Senior Reservation Manager, and Wedding Planner. Her responsibilities ranged from guest relations and email correspondence to managing reservations and organising special guest requests. Between 2016 and 2020, she had served as a Receptionist, Telephone Operator, and then Front Office Supervisor.
