Jotham is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience in operations management. He has completed various certificate courses from Kenya Utalii College including Food and Beverage Management, Customer Care, and Front Office Techniques. He possesses leadership, management, analytical, decision-making, relationship management, and planning skills. His work experience includes acting as Operations Manager at Diani Reef Beach Resort &Spa and The Panari Group of Hotels, Rooms Division Manager at Leisure Lodge Resort &Golf, and Deputy General Manager at Tune Hotel. He has made significant achievements such as assisting in the opening of Tune Hotel, overseeing the refurbishment of 75 rooms at Leisure Lodge Beach Resort, and leading his team to win the 2021 Travel Award as the best Beach Resort in Kenya at Diani Reef Beach Resort & Spa.
