Additionally, the pool’s condition is deteriorating, and several lights in the guest lounge and walkways are not functioning, necessitating repairs and maintenance.

Interactions with guests reveal positive experiences, particularly for Mr. Eric and Ms. Zhang, who praised the food, staff, and overall environment of the resort. However, the garbage room’s air conditioning is not working, and there are additional maintenance concerns in the garden and public areas that need to be addressed.
