About me

Mohamed is a seasoned tourism professional with over 16 years of experience. He has expertise in partnership management, client relations, and operations and has worked internationally in Russia, the USA, Germany, and France. Mohamed’s roles included being a client relationship manager, a consultant and trainer in tourism management, the founder and manager of a travel agency, and a guide and tour leader. He was also Secretary General and Treasurer of the Regional Federation of Travel Agencies and Tourism. His skills include project management, operations management, digital transformation consulting, and multilingual communication. He developed an innovative platform for tourist transport management through Smeks.net and is dedicated to training and mentoring the next generation of tourism professionals.
