Asya Jumbe Mgaza is an insurance professional from Zanzibar, Tanzania. She has qualifications in Insurance and Risk Management from the Institute of Finance Management (2020-2023). Her work experience includes a role as a Life Insurance Sales Executive at Jubilee Insurance Company (2023-present) where she is responsible for identifying potential customers and meeting sales targets. She also worked as a Customer Service Representative intern at Strategies Insurance Company (2021). She has completed trainings in Smart Policy and Microinsurance and possesses skills in computer applications, communication, recording, management, and sales. Her personal attributes include high levels of integrity, ability to work as a team and under pressure, and a dedication to maintaining high quality work.
