• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Respond to plumbing emergencies, including leaks, clogs, and system failures.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure the efficient operation of the facility.
• Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
• Prepare cost estimates for clients and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of plumbing systems to prevent issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Plumber, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent physical condition and strength with the ability to work in confined spaces.
• Certification from a recognized plumbing vocational school or completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program.
• Familiarity with local plumbing codes and regulations.
