• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor market trends, competitor rates, and economic factors to inform pricing decisions.
• Analyze and forecast demand, adjusting pricing and inventory controls accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and packages.
• Prepare and present revenue reports to senior management.
• Utilize revenue management software to analyze data and make strategic decisions.

  Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in revenue management software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
