Job Responsibilities: -Lead and oversee the culinary team to deliver high-quality, innovative cuisine that meets client expectations. -Develop and execute menus, ensuring variety, creativity, and adherence to the highest culinary standards. -Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, budgeting, and procurement. -Maintain strict compliance with food health and safety regulations. -Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. -Collaborate with management to ensure a seamless dining experience for VIP clientele.

Required Qualifications: -Diploma from an accredited culinary school. -A minimum of 10 years of experience in 5-star hotels or fine-dining restaurants. -Proven expertise in food health and safety, backed by certification. -Fluency in English, with excellent communication and leadership skills. -Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
