About me

Salome Elia Mkula, a Tanzanian national born in 1995, is a fluent English and Swahili speaker who completed her Bachelor degree in Education in Psychology from the University of Dar Es Salaam. She also has an Advanced Certificate in Secondary Education and Ordinary Level Certificate in Secondary Education. Her work experience includes being a teacher of counseling and psychology at Kisanga Teaching College, a psychotherapist and HIV tester at Arafa Ugweno Hospital, and an Admin Executive at Afrex Holdings. Achievements include developing a tutoring system, creating successful volunteer programs, developing curriculum, and achieving a 25% reduction in customer data errors through an integrated software tool. She has strong interpersonal and communication skills, team-leading ability, is self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision. Her technical skills include proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and she exhibits strong problem-solving, entrepreneurial, and customer service skills.
