Shailender holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, a Diploma in Hotel Management, and a PGDBM in Marketing. His extensive background encompasses various aspects of hotel management, including brand creation, quality audits, and vendor management, as well as a commitment to training local staff. He has attended numerous training programs and seminars to enhance his skills in hospitality management, making him a valuable asset in the industry.
