Ayubu is a highly experienced manager in the tourism and hospitality sector, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality from Tumaini University Makumira and additional qualifications in internal auditing and procurement. With a robust skill set that includes leadership, operations management, and guest experience management, he has successfully overseen luxury beach resorts, lodges, and camps in Tanzania. His notable roles include Assistant Resort General Manager at Royal Zanzibar Beach Resort and Camp/Lodge Manager at Zitta Wild Camps, where he excelled in enhancing guest satisfaction and managing efficient operations. Throughout his career, Ayubu has demonstrated exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills, effectively managing staff and resources to optimize service delivery. Fluent in English and native in Swahili, he is proficient with various management tools and systems that support operational efficiency.
