About me

Evelyne is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in project planning, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and operations management. She holds a Master’s degree in Project Management and Evaluation and a Bachelor’s in Project Planning & Community Development. Evelyne has a proven track record in designing and implementing M&E frameworks, leading community-based projects, and empowering teams to achieve measurable impact. She has effectively led cross-functional teams, managed diverse projects, and provided data-driven insights for decision-making while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and driving sustainable growth initiatives.

Currently, Evelyne serves as the General Manager for Beach and Safari Aviation and works remotely as a Sales Manager for Regenera Luxury. Earlier, she held a General Manager position at Northern Tanzania Beekeeping Company, where she spearheaded community empowerment projects. Her career began as an M&E Officer at Deloitte, contributing to USAID-funded health programs. Evelyne is proficient in several aspects including M&E systems, data analysis, project management, and sales strategy, alongside her excellent communication and leadership skills. Her continuous pursuit of learning new skills, such as Data Science, emphasizes her enthusiasm and adaptability in facing new challenges.
