Peter is an Egyptian hospitality management leader with a focus on customer service, e-commerce, and revenue management. He has 15 years of international experience, with previous roles in countries including the Maldives, Thailand, Egypy, Laos, UAE, and KSA. He has expertise in e-commerce, revenue management, and digital marketing, with a proven track record of boosting occupancy rates, increasing revenue, minimizing expenses and improving online ranks on platforms like TripAdvisor and Google.
He served as a Rooms Division Manager for Kendwa Rocks Zanzibar, Management Trainee for Hyatt Regency, E-commerce and Revenue Manager for Pawapi Resort, and took on various roles in other prestigious establishments. He has a Bachelor in Tourism Guidance from Helwan University and further studied hospitality management and other financial and marketing aspects from notable institutions such as Cornell University, PMI, and Google Digital Garage.
He is multilingual with proficiency in languages such as Arabic, English, French, and basic abilities in Russian, Spanish, Italian, and Thai. He has strong soft skills in problem-solving, time management, multitasking, and leadership. He is comfortable with various software including SiteMinder, Opera PMS, and Microsoft Office.
