About me
Karim Juma Mlumba is a Tanzanian chef with extensive experience in various culinary roles. He has worked at several establishments, including Combo Food, Chelsea Hotel, EUR Hotel and Apartments, Tui Blue Bahari Zanzibar, and currently at Bamboo Zanzibar as a Chef De Partie. Karim’s educational background includes primary and secondary schooling, followed by training at Premium Training Institute. He is proficient in English and Kiswahili and has skills in computer program installation.
In addition to his professional experience, Karim has a passion for travelling, cooking, and watching TV. He aims to satisfy customers and leverage his skills in any environment.
