Emma is fluent in Dutch, English, French and German, and has a basic understanding of Afrikaans. Her professional achievements include being named Holiday Resort of the Year in 1992 in France, and having her restaurant included in Rossouw’s Independent Restaurant Guide. Her employment in Zanzibar includes serving as General Manager of Pemba Paradise Beach Resort and managing several restaurants. Emma seeks a similar position in another resort/lodge/hotel/guesthouse. She has a valid driver’s license and is in excellent health.
