About me
Leigh Longden is a seasoned hotel management professional who has spent over 34 years in the hospitality industry. Leigh has worked in a variety of high-end hotels and guesthouses, with roles ranging from day-to-day manager at a 4* hotel to property manager of a 5* villa. Leigh’s skills include all aspects of hotel operations such as revenue growth, budget management, strategic planning, employee training and guest relations. Among her awards are GM of the Year in 2016 and the Lilizela Tourism Award for Service Excellence from 2014 to 2018. Leigh has proficiency in various hotel management software tools, speaks English, Afrikaans, and conversational French, and seeks to continue her career progress in a dynamic hotel group.
