Samson Omoso Anyumba is an accomplished hotel general manager with 28 years of management experience across various local and international hotel brands in countries including Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Sierra Leone, and Ghana. He possesses expertise in multiple areas such as front office operations, housekeeping, revenue management, and food and beverage services. His skills include budget formulation, operational efficiency, and emotional intelligence, complemented by proficiency in several languages. Samson has recently held leadership roles at hotels in Ghana and Uganda, where he focused on improving operational efficiency, managing budgets, and enhancing guest experiences. Samson’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Operations Management from the University of Nairobi and a Higher National Diploma in Hotel Management from Kenya Utalii College. He has received awards for his contributions to hotel management and is well-versed in various hotel management software. His work history reflects a strong emphasis on operational excellence, team management, and the successful launch of new hotel facilities.
