He has held significant positions such as Vice President at CRSR Group and Group President at Advance Group of Companies, where he achieved notable financial efficiencies and drove organizational improvements. His leadership has earned him multiple awards, including the Excellence in Corporate Leadership and CEO for HR 2022 Award. In addition to his corporate experience, Rabindra has a robust academic background with a PhD in Human Resources Management and has served as an adjunct lecturer and visiting faculty in various institutions.
