Balram Shrestha is a highly experienced housekeeping professional with over 11 years of service. He holds a Bachelor’s degree and is currently working as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Fraser Suites Doha Qatar. His experience is diverse with positions as a Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping Attendant at different hotels. Balram’s core responsibilities include supervising cleaning staff, hiring and training new employees, and maintaining budgets. He is proficient in MS Office Suite and has attended various training programs ranging from hygiene and safety to customer care and supervisor skills.
