His career reflects a commitment to providing exemplary service and leadership, as evidenced by multiple promotions and recognitions, including a Loyalty Award for over 13 years with one company. In addition to his practical experience, Simon has completed numerous training programs in management, safety, and service excellence. He possesses strong skills in conflict resolution, communication, and time management, along with proficiency in various software applications. Simon is fluent in English and Tagalog, and his educational background includes business administration and technical training.
