About me

Melisa Nkomo is a highly organized and dedicated Human Resources Practitioner located in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. She excels in payroll and benefits administration, recruitment management, report writing, conflict management, and more. She is highly computer literate, especially within MS office and relevant business tools, and possesses excellent organizational and time management skills. Her recent work experience includes the roles of Human Resources Administrator at Winnerman Engineering since January 2023 and a Group Human Resources Officer at Cake Designs in 2022 where she managed seven branches. She was also an HR Intern at A’Zambezi River Lodge from Feb 2020 to Jan 2021. Nkomo holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Human Resource Management from Lupane State University.
