About me

Tatenda Chapata is an experienced ICT professional with over 10 years of experience in roles connecting IT requirements to critical missions. Based in Zimbabwe, his core interests range from IT infrastructure management to network management, software/hardware maintenance, and customer service among others. He holds an MSc in Data Science and Informatics from the University of Zimbabwe, a Post Graduate Diploma in Education, and a BSc in Computer Science from the Zimbabwe Open University. He completed several trainings/certifications, including online tutoring, online/distance learning for teachers, and Azure AI services. His work experience includes a Learning Technologist role at the Bindura University of Science Education and previously as a Computer Science Teacher and an ICT Intern at BancABC Zimbabwe with duties spanning from assessment methodologies and training classes, to IT helpdesk administration and IT support.
