**Job Description:**
As the Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. **Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage and coordinate all housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.

– Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are upheld.
– Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper usage.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest experience.
– Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints regarding cleanliness and housekeeping services promptly.
– Prepare and manage departmental budgets, controlling costs while maintaining quality and service standards.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
– Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a fast-paced environment.
– In-depth knowledge of cleaning procedures and products, as well as health and safety regulations.
