Reservations agent

Key Requirements

• Tanzanian nationals only.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in hotel reservations or similar hospitality role.
• Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Experience using eZee PMS system is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of OTAs, distribution systems, and tour operators.
• Ability to manage reservations, amendments, cancellations, guest inquiries, and special requests efficiently.
• Good understanding of room availability, rate management, and online distribution channels.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and perform well under pressure.
• Willingness to reside on-site at properties in Nungwi or Kendwa.
• Available for immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily reservations across three resorts.
• Handle bookings received directly and via OTAs, tour operators, and other channels.
• Monitor reservations, room availability, rates, and booking accuracy.
• Coordinate with hotel management and front office teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest and travel partner inquiries.
• Support revenue optimization by maintaining accurate rates and availability across distribution platforms.
