Project Manager – Hotel Construction & Fit-Out

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the final phases of construction, fit-out, and opening-readiness for a prestigious resort comprising 35 villas and public areas. This key role involves coordinating contractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage contractors, consultants, and site teams daily.
• Resolve issues related to materials, drawings, and approvals promptly.
• Oversee quality control, budget adherence, progress reporting, snagging, and project handover processes.
• Coordinate the installation of furniture, building services, and external works.
• Ensure all works meet international hotel brand standards and pass pre-opening inspections.

Requirements:

• Minimum of seven years relevant experience with a focus on hotel or resort project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of finishing works and contractor management.
• Ability and willingness to work on site in Makunduchi.
