Our client, a prestigious international luxury hotel resort, is seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Leader to oversee comprehensive financial operations. This pivotal role encompasses accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cost control, inventory management, internal controls, tax and statutory compliance, audits, treasury functions, cash management, capital expenditure, and development of the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accurate and timely accounting and financial statements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives to optimize performance.
• Maintain rigorous internal controls and ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
• Oversee audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
• Handle treasury activities including cash management and capital expenditure planning.
• Develop and mentor the finance team to elevate skills and performance.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional certification preferred: CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of progressive finance experience with a minimum of 3 years at a controller level.
• Experience in the international luxury hospitality sector with strong hotel or resort accounting knowledge.
• Excellent systems proficiency and strong analytical capabilities.
