Key Responsibilities:

• Translate technical drawings into clear production instructions.
• Establish and maintain efficient, repeatable workshop methods.
• Supervise teams including carpenters, upholsterers, finishers, and installation staff.

• Monitor and track production progress and targets closely.

Requirements:
