Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing food and beverage operations to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Supervising, training, and motivating team members to enhance performance and skills.

• Controlling inventory and costs effectively to meet budget targets.

Candidate requirements:

• Formal training in hospitality or related field.
