We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations and elevate guest experiences in a vibrant food and beverage environment. This role focuses on maintaining high service standards, managing a skilled team, and driving revenue growth through excellent hospitality and creative beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and train bartenders to ensure exceptional service quality and team performance.
• Develop innovative cocktails and seasonal menus to attract and delight guests.
• Manage stock and inventory control with a focus on cost management and efficient beverage storage.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, including VIP service excellence.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, promotions, and effective bar operations management.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or beverage management is an advantage.
• At least eight years of experience in bar or beverage service, including managerial responsibilities.
• Strong mixology knowledge paired with leadership and guest service skills.
